The Fundamentals course is 2 days. Day 1 starts at 9:30 and ends at 17:30. Day 2 starts at 9:00 and ends at 17:00.
The four advanced courses last for 3 days. Day 1 and 2 starts at 9:30 and ends at 17:30. Day 3 starts at 9:00 and ends at 17:00.

Completed 40 hours of coach training through an ICF - accredited coach training program or be a PCC or MCC. |

Must be able to demonstrate that they have worked with teams, groups, partnerships or dyads for at least two years and or is currrently engaged in doing so. The book on Co-Active Coaching is recommended reading. |
About the program
- ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) Fundamentals: This course must be taken first as a prerequisite to the other four advanced Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching courses.
- Complete Series (5 courses): This Program consists of all five courses: Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Fundamentals; Relationship Intelligence: Process and Flow; System Geography: Roles and Structures; Relationship Path: Vision and Potentiality; and Systems Coaching Integration: Moving Toward Mastery
- Advanced Courses (4 courses): Relationship Intelligence: Process and Flow; System Geography: Roles and Structures ; Relationship Path: Vision and Potentiality ; and Systems Coaching Integration: Moving Toward Mastery (does not include the Fundamentals Course).

All course enrollments are subject to availability. Your enrollment in a course is secured when payment is received, unless the course is filled up in the meantime. If you choose to pay by invoice, you will receive it as an attachment to an email.

Homework: On the evening of the first course day you are required to coach a
relationship/partnership as a homework assignment for this course. This
means coaching two individuals currently in a relationship. You may
choose to coach two siblings, friends, a couple, business partners or
colleagues as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45min
long appointment should be in place prior to the start of the course.
It can be done in person or over the phone. The 'clients' should be
volunteer clients, i.e. not existing clients, nor should they be close
family members or close personal friends.
Logistics: The course will start at 9.30 and finish at 17.30 on the
first day, and start at 9.00 and end at 17.00 on the second day. Please
arrive 20 minutes early on the first day to allow plenty of time for
check-in. If, at any time before or during your course you are going
to be late or unable to attend, please call Paal Leveraas at +47 9821
6666 to let us know. Please note that at the discretion of a course
leader, a participant missing more than 1 hour on any given day of the
course may be required to retake the course. Please contact CRR Nordic
Alliance's Paal Leveraas if you have a disability or medical condition
that requires additional assistance.
Assistants and leaders: Please arrive one hour early and plan for 30
minutes extra at the end of each day for briefing and debriefing.
Payment: Payment must be made in full before the course starts. Please refer to your invoice for further details.
Transfers and Cancellations: You may cancel without penalty up to 28
days before the course begins. If you cancel within 28 days of the
course, you will be charged the full rate, unless we are able to sell
your place. For a full description of the refund, transfer and
